Originally released in 1962 as the Blofeld chair, this iconic style was later re issued by G Plan in the early 2010s and this particular chair was manufactured in 2019 and named ‘The 62’. Upholstered in a light great twill fabric which will complement a variety of interiors, and featuring a solid wooden base with chrome castors. The wide wing style back and tilt mechanism make for an extremely comfortable chair. It is nicely finished with a metal badge on the wooden base.
We have cleaned the entire chair with a professional upholstery cleaner and it has come from a pet and smoke free environment. Overall it is in excellent condition throughout, and shows no visible marks to the fabric and just a couple of very minor marks to the wooden base.
Please note that the chair is extremely heavy in part because of the tilt mechanism, but is easy to move around due to the castor wheels, but if it needs to be carried up stairs then this will be difficult due to the weight and size.
Measures 90cm wide, 80cm deep and 98cm high. All taken at the widest points. The seat area is 50cm wide, 55cm deep and 48cm high.
