A Mid Century French oak tambour door cabinet. Crafted from a mix of solid and veneered oak panels. The perfect size for an office or small hallway. All of the shelves are removeable so the heights can be altered to suit, making the cabinet very versatile for a variety of uses from shoes to paperwork. Comes with the original key and seven shelfs, with one spare slot on the very bottom.
The cabinet is in original condition and we have cleaned and waxed it throughout. Overall it is in great condition for its age, with just a few minor marks throughout. There are some faint ring marks on the top front corner and some other small marks on the side. The marks on the side appear to be actually in the veneer rather than actual damage. The front tambour door has been waxed and runs perfectly smoothly. There are a couple of the doors struts which are very slightly warped, this is only visible when looking at the door from certain angles and does not effect its function in any way. As with all out items they have already lived a 50 year plus life, so expect to find marks and signs of age to match. Any major defects or noteworthy marks are always shown in photographs, but there will more than likely be other small marks not pictured.
